Elise Abbe went from a 19:20 sophomore to a 18:08 junior. That tells you exactly why she is our #9 ranked athletes heading into the 2019 cross country season. She also finished 3rd last year in Class 4 XC States. She was the 2nd place finisher indoors in the 3200 as well.
Elise is clearly buying in to the Loudoun Valley training regiment and the timings are showing how that training is going. With Ricky Fetterolf by her side she is going to be pushed every practice to be better and now with a target on their backs they are going to have to work harder than ever before.
