4. Carlos Shultz & How Fast He Can Run
The defending champion though is back and he is ready to be LV's individual leader. He follows a long line of winners who have dominated the state since Drew Hunter. This race will be a nice time for him to put the state on notice that LV still has the fastest runner in the state.
He ran 15:56 last year on the hill course and with conditions being much better and the course being faster we think he could run sun 15:30.
