Quick Preview: Loudoun Valley is bringing the heat on the boys' side and the rivalry continues between Western Albemarle and Albemarle. This race is going to have fast times and the best team battle we've seen in years. Half of the state team champions this year could all be running in this one race.

Quick Preview: West Springfield had a great meet two weeks ago and the boys were disappointed last weekend at GAXC. This weekend though they are ready to prove they are the best team in Class 6 and will certainly face some solid competition this weekend. Jacob Plummer and the WS trio are the individual favorites.
Just like on the boys' side this is going to be a nice preview of the state meet next month for Class 6. Lake Braddock and West Springfield are joined by Robinson and Tuscarora who all have a shot at the title this weekend. This is the part of the season when things either spread out or get a lot closer and our guess is no one is running away with the title Saturday. Amy Herrera is the favorite on paper amongst those entered.
