10. Ellie Desmond
Ellie has had some great races and some not-perfect races this season. That honestly could be the best thing going for her though and that also makes her extremely dangerous come the state meet. Out of all the girls also on this list she is the one with the best PR on the hardest course.
Running sub 18 on the Panorama Farms (Albemarle Invite) course means she could run low 17's at States.
