Our Pre-Season Top 10 Indoor Track Power Rankings

#8 Makhia Jarrett (Salem)

Makhia has come on strong the last season and a half and this year we think could be a big break thru. Last year we saw some strong 55m performances (7.01) but the real story came from her dominance at the 200m distance.

It was in that event that she made the biggest splash last year when she took home the emerging elite title indoors with her 24.18 time. Indoors that is flying.

This  year she will be focusing more on the 300m dash as well which last year was solid as well (39.17-on a flat track). We expect her to be one of the best in the nation in all three sprint events.
