Loudoun Valley Boys Dominate

Athlete graduate and seasons change but one thing has remained constant these past four years... the Loudoun Valley boys have dominated the distance events at states. This past week that proven in emphatic fashion with the Valley Viking scoring 83 points.

They took home the 4x800 title in a US #3 time (7:51) and never looked back. They eventually scored nine points in the 1K, 26 points in the 3200, and an insane 38 points in the 1600 with their guys going 1-7.

To put that in perspective, they could have won the state meet just running the 1600 since Lee-Davis was second with 38 points.

Their MVP of the meet was Carlos Shultz who won the 1600, 3200, and ran on the 4x800m relay.
