District Track is proud to host theDMV Virtual Running Clinicon April 2nd at 5:00 PM EST, sponsored by Under Armor Running.   As the Covid-19 crisis and the challenges it brings continue to unfold, the athlete mindset becomes crucial to navigating disruption and unblocking barriers on the road to continued improvement and success.  During this event, we will examine the role mindset plays when leading through uncertainty with a keynote centered around mental training and a panel discussion with a group of accomplished coaches from the DMV area.

Attendance is FREE and we welcome coaches, athletes, and parents to join us as we explore topics centered around the mental aspects of our sport.

Lucas Jadin, Mentorship Program Director ofTrain 2b Clutchis a performance coach who has helped thousands of athletes across the MLB, NBA, NCAA, and high school up-level their mental skills to unlock their full potential.  Lucas kicks off our clinic with a keynote highlighting the importance of high-performance mindset and guidance to boost mental training.

We are joined by some of the best coaches in the DMV area for a panel discussion, led byChris Farley, owner ofPacers Running and host ofPace The Nation Podcast,will be to deep-dive into what it means to tap into the mindset of their athletes and promoting strong team culture.  We will also hear how our members of our Coaches Coalition panel are pivoting their approach in the wake of Covid-19 to ensure their athletes stay on course in a time of uncertainty.
