We only add athletes/performances to this list if we cannot find any other performances better than that AND that we can safely say with over 90% certainty that the performance would be it. An example of this would be Carolyn Brown's frosh record in the 55m dash. Her time overall ranks 10th all-time in VA and seven of the girls ahead of her have their freshmen times in the database so we are able to say with 99% certainty that her time is the freshman record. 

Obviously there are quite a few times and performances that we are fairly sure of being the record but our goal is to not have to retroactively remove names and that is the reasoning for the blanks on this list.
