Central Dauphin\'s Ryan Whiting isn\'t just atop the national list with his all-time indoor ranking and state indoor record of 68-09.50 Shot Put... he has the four best throws of the season anywhere in the US. His latest of 66-11.50 is his 2nd best ever. And for those counting, three of the throws were at Kutztown. Nafee Harris of Lancaster McCaskey took over the top spot in PA with his Long Jump win of 22\'7. The men\'s 400 added another athlete flirting with sub 50, as Justin Babich of Southern Lehigh went 50.44 to move into PA#2. And Octorara\'s Ryan Fritz tuned up for the late season meets with a 6-08 High Jump win. Lauretta Dezubay of Freedom may have missed out on the fun part of her cross country season, but she\'s not going to miss the indoor fun, posting the fastest 3000 in PA this season with a 10:18.53. The mark is also US#8. PA\'s girls excel every year in the Shot Put, and 2005 is no exception. Two of Central PA\'s best, Becky Eisenhower of Cedar Crest, and Brianna Flagg of Harrisburg, got into battle, and both finished over 40\', with Eisenhower at 40-08.50, an inch ahead of Flagg. Eisenhower\'s throw isn\'t her season best, so she remains at PA#2. But Flagg\'s throw moves her up to PA#3. And Reading sprinter Jessica Forrest won the 55 in 7.35 seconds, the 400 in 1:00.29, and took 2nd in the 200 in 26.57.
