Two principal races happened this weekend - Albemarle and CNU - with L.C. Bird attending Glory Days as well. Maggie Walker was dominant, and we saw impressive induvial efforts out of Burcham, Plummer, and Heinen.

Up in the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah Valley is the town of Buena Vista. Home to a whopping 6,650 people or roughly the same amount of people as Lake Braddock and T.C. Williams high school combined.
Basically what we are saying is that it is not only hard to make the Foot Locker team but that it is nearly impossible to run fast enough to finish top five in the entire nation. Kelsey though is going to do it.
