Karl Thiessen. Leading a good group of young runners at Abingdon High School and running 16:20s is unheard of in SWVA. Looking forward to seeing this group progress over the next four years at AHS.

All of the runners are fantastic and have great times. That being said, Grant Northcutt's times have been more consistent and on tracks that are more challenging.
