I found this event on milesplit.com; but, it says "not currently taking registrations" (through the milesplit.com website). Is this event still happening? If so, how can I register?

I Have register my athlete and paid online through Milesplit but he is still not listed on the performance list compete. Please advise what I need to do to ensure he will be competing. I have sent several emails but have not heard from anyone as of today and I paid on 10/28/2020.
