Switch from Unseeded 800 to 600m

Is it possible to switch from the unseeded 800 to the 600 boys given there are only 12 boys entered in the 600m? If not, I will have a scratch in the 800 boys. Regarding Aiden Waddle who is registered for the 800, 1000, 400. I also need to scratch Julia Johnson from the hurdles. Is there an email available to send these notes to?
