9:00 Middle School Boys 2 Mile Race
9:30 Middle School Girls 2 Mile Race
10:15 Girls J.V. Race
11:00 Boys J.V. Race
11:45 Girls Varsity Race (Seven are allowed to run)
12:30 p.m. Boys Varsity Race (Seven are allowed to run)
1:15 High School Awards Ceremony
Entry Fees:
Middle School Boys 2 Mile Race $35.00 for the team
Middle School Girls 2 Mile Race $35.00 for the team
Girls J.V. Race $35.00 for the team
Boys J.V. Race $35.00 for the team
There is a $5.00 charge per individual runner if no team! A team is 5 or more!
Girls Varsity Race (Seven are allowed to run) $65.00
Boys Varsity Race (Seven are allowed to run) $65.00
Note: Make checks out to EC Glass Cross Country.
Varsity Runners must be in 9th-12th grades. JV Runners must be in 8th-12th grades. Middle School athletes must be in 6th 8th grades. No 5th graders.

Entry Info: Email your team roster to Jerry Salmon at salmonge@lcsedu.net. Make checks payable to EC Glass Boys Cross Country and mail it to EC Glass High School, 2111 Memorial Ave., Lynchburg, VA 24501 or bring it to the meet.
Team rosters must be submitted by Monday, September 16th. You DO NOT have to declare who is in your top SEVEN for the varsity race.
Send a list of your male and female athletes with their grade levels.
Awards: Plaques will be awarded to the first place teams in the boys and girls varsity races, and medals to the top 10 finishers. Medals will be awarded to the top 5 finishers in the boys and girls J. V. races. Trophies will be awarded to the first place teams in the boys and girls middle school races, and medals will be awarded to the top 5 finishers in each middle school race.
Concessions: Food, beverages, and T-shirts will be sold
Parking: $5.00 per car
