High School Entry Information:
The entry fee for the High School meet will be $8 per athlete. You can run up to 8 athletes in each the A and the B race with unlimited entries in the JV race and Developmental race. For teams with 63+ athletes entered in the meet, the entry fee will be capped at $500.To accommodate for the change to chip timing, you will be required to declare which races your athletes will run this year. You will be able to move athletes to a different race by visiting the timing table at least 30mins prior to your team's first race.
The open race entry fee will be $10 per athlete and will be unlimited. Please no cash. We will accept checks (payable to College of William and Mary Cross Country) at the meet or our business office will bill your school directly.

There will be awards for the top three (3) teams in the Varsity A and B races. JV and Freshman races will not be scored. Top ten (10) individuals in all races will receive a New Balance W&M Invitational finishing T-Shirt when they cross the finish line.
Please indicate your intent to compete by August 29th, 2013 using the form available in this packet or online at tribeathletics.com. Please send all completed forms to Myrtle Cox via email (mrcoxx@wm.edu) or fax (757-221-2989). Your intent to compete is not binding, but we ask that you complete this step to help us with the planning of this meet. Thanks and we look forward to seeing you on the course!
Entries for the high school race will be done on-line at www.milesplit.com and will be due Monday September 9th, 2013 by 11:59 pm. College entries will be done on-line at www.DirectAthletics.com and will be due Monday September 9th, 2013 by 11:59pm. Entry fee checks should be mailed to William and Mary Track Office, PO Box 399, Williamsburg VA 23187.
