VISAA executives determined that admission needed to be collected at Championship events for all sports. The admission fees go to VISAA - not to any of the coaches or to Woodberry Forest. * Packet pickup on Friday will be located behind the Barbee Center. Packup pickup will begin at 1:00, please check in when you arrive.

* Tents should be set up on the field behind the Barbee Center. There are other events going on at Woodberry and they can not have teams setting up anywhere else on the course.
* Please tell your athletes and fans to stay out of all the buildings and off of the golf course tees, greens and bunkers. Athletes should not go above the hill into the Woodberry Academic area. Being in these areas is grounds for disqualification.
* Please instruct your fans to stay away from the finish line chute. Your assistance at keeping your athletes moving through the chute is appreciated.
* The awards ceremony will take place behind the Barbee Center 30 minutes following the last race. At this time the top 10 individuals in each race will be called up to be recognized and the winner will receive their Jefferson Cup. The top 5 teams from each race will be announced and the top two teams will their plaques.
