Conference 4 Championship

Date/Location: The Conference 4 Championship Meet will be held at Colonial Forge High School in Stafford, VA. The address of the school is 550 Courthouse Road Stafford, VA 22554. From I-95, take Courthouse Road West (turn right at the bottom of the Southbound exit ramp) for approximately 2 miles the school will be on the left hand side of the road. The stadium is located around the back of the school.
Because of the every changing weather during the winter season, we will try to run the meet on the day with the best projected weather during the week beginning February 10th. The initial target date of the meet is Wednesday February 12th. We will make a final call on the date of the meet approximately one week in advance.
Entries: Meet entries will be done online using Milestat.com. Each school is allotted 3 entries in each individual event and 1 team in each relay. A school may enter more than 3 individuals in a given event provided every individual has met the Conference 4 entry standard. No more than one relay team may be entered in relay events. Entries are due by 5:00PM on Saturday February 8, 2014.
Athletes and relay teams must be entered using performances attained only during the 2013 2014 Indoor Track season. For verification purposes, all meet results must be submitted to Milestat.com or they will not be accepted for seeding purposes. Any entry that cannot be verified will be rejected. Athletes may be entered into the meet using a NT.

Scoring/Advancement: The meet will be scored 10-8-6-4-2-1 under NFHS rules. The top 6 individuals and top 3 relays will advance to the 6A South Region Championship Meet. Any athlete or relay team hitting a regional qualifying standard will also qualify for this meet. The top 6 individuals and top 3 relay teams in each event will receive medals. Trophies will be given to the winning team in each gender.
Admission: There will be no cost of admission to this meet.
