VA Runner Invitational

Our inaugural meet is sponsored by VA Runner, a huge supporter of not only high school track and field, but to everyone of all ages that is interested in running in our area. We would like to thank Jeff Van Horn and all of his staff for everything that they do for our athletes and friends. There at not many businesses that take the time to help, educate, and guide like VA Runner does with everyone that walks through their doors every day.
SAT Date - This is a SAT testing date. We will have limited events in the morning to try to accommodate the athletes testing. In the event you would want your athletes taking their tests locally, both North Stafford HS (about 3 miles from Colonial Forge HS) in Stafford County and Freedom HS (about 18 miles from Colonial Forge HS) in Prince William County, and Spotsylvania HS (about 25 miles from Colonial Forge HS) in Spotsylvania County.
Number of Teams - The meet will be limited to a maximum of 14 teams. Each team will have an entry limit of four entries per individual events and one entry per relay. In the meet schedule, you will find the information that is relevant for each event.
Entry Fee - the Entry fee per team is $125, which will cover both the boys and girls. If you are only bringing a boys or a girls team, the entry fee will be $75. If you are bringing a couple of athletes (less than five boys and five girls), contact Jay for arrangements for your entry fee.
Team Awards - There will be a team championship. Each school
