The meet is open to only teams from the former Colonial District. Teams must notify meet management that they are coming by 3/20 so we have a good idea of numbers ahead of time (just e-mail jalauder@henrico.k12.va.us).
Entries are limited to four per event (two in relays) with the exception of the JV races which are unlimited. We will not use blocks in the JV 200. If you really need an extra entry or two in an event then let me know and we can work with you.
Entry is free but all attending schools are expected to help with field events. We'll let you know ahead of time where we need help. Thanks for chipping in!
We will start field events at 4:45
Girls Shot
Boys Discus
Boys High Jump
Girls and Boys Long Jump
Running events will start at 5:00 with the 100 meter hurdles. We are not running a 4x800.
