II. SITE Wednesday, October 29, 2014: Presbyterian Home, Lynchburg, VA. Course opens at 3:00 pm. Girls run at 4:30pm followed
by boys at 5:10pm.
E. C. Glass is hosting an invitational meet on the conference course on Saturday, September 20 if your team would like to run in a meet on the course. See milestat calendar for entry information.
III. ADMISSION $5 per car
IV. PASSES VHSCA-VHSL-VIAAA-VATA-VSBA-Principal state
membership cards.
V. OFFICIALS We will have a VHSL certified starter. Course will be marked by Gerald Salmon.
VI. QUALIFIERS Entries will be taken only on milestat. You may enter at most10 athletes, but only a maximum of 7 can run in the meet.
Be sure to enter the grade of each athlete.
VI. AWARDS (boys & girls) Championship and Runnerup Team Trophies
Top 15 get certificates.
VIII. ENTRIES Entries are due on milestat by 8pm on Sunday, October 26. No changes can be made to entries after this deadline.
IX. QUALIFIERS TO REGION: The top 4 teams qualify for the regional meet on Thursday November 6 sponsored by Handley High School. Information can be found on the milestat calendar. Any athlete not on the 4 teams going to region but in the top 15 finishers also qualifies to region as an individual.
