Meet Information

Doors open 2:30 p.m. on Friday (packet pick up) & 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Athletes need to have a school issued uniform on in order to enter in.
Teams due to numbers please sit as close as possible to allow other teams room to sit also.
Only items that can be brought in from outside is.  Coaches we need your help with this.

Coaches Meeting – 3:00 (please have a representative present)
Coaches box near the finish line. NO athletes allowed in that area!
Field event areas coaches box TBD!
Field Events – check –in @ 3:15
Weigh-In 3:15
3  Jumps or Throws
Meet standard with at least one mark measured.
NO FINALS!
Running Events- check-in @ 5:00
55mdash/hurdles blocks – Finals Only
2 heat Final – 55m dash/hurdles
500m dash waterfall until the last 3 heats to be run in lanes
1000m run – alleys
800m relay – 3 turn stagger
1600m relay – 2 turn stagger
Clerk 
Check-in at the start of short sprints.
First call check-in.
No sweats just what you plan to run in.
VHSL rules adhered to.
Running time schedule.
Awards – presented at the conclusion of each event. Please remind your athletes that we will present medals once each event is FINALIZED!
The COACH of the winning events presents the awards!
1st-3rd place Individual
1st place relay teams only.
Hospitality Room-Paid coaches only on your high school staff, officials, & volunteers. (TICKETS IN EACH PACKET)
Keep athletes off the main gym floor with spikes.
No warm-up on the main gym floor.
Please pick up trash in your areas.
