May 9th at 9:00 am @ Franklin County High School 700 Tanyard Rd. Rocky Mount, VA 24151.

There will be a coaches meeting at 8:30 am.

Starting heights will be for High Jump: Girls 4'2" Boys 5'0"

Starting heights for Pole Vaulting will be: Girls 6'0" Boys 6' 6"

Throws: Each thrower will have three (3) throws in the preliminaries.
Top eight (10) athletes will advance to the finals. Top 8 will place
Implement weigh-in will begin at 8:15 AM.
