This year we will do 2 entries per event but we will add a little twist. You will also be allowed to enter 3 "Wild Cards" per gender. They will be allowed in any event except the 3200 or Discus. So if you are entering a boys and a girls team, you can have a total of 3 boys wild cards and 3 girls wild cards. Wild Cards will need to be emailed to me at kkeister@rcps.org by entry deadline on Monday.
Location: Radford High School - 50 Dalton Dr. Radford Va 24141
Parking: Please park buses around the back side of the school next to the track and the National Guard Armory.
Schedule: The schedule is tentative. We will go on a rolling Schedule once we start the 100/110 Hurdles.
3:30 pm - Coaches Meeting
4:00 pm - Girls High Jump followed by Boys High Jump
- Girls Long Jump followed by Girls Triple Jump
- Boys Long Jump Followed by Boys Triple Jump
4:15 pm - Girls Discus
- Boys Shot
4:45 pm - 4x800 Meter Relay - Girls Followed by Boys
6:00 pm - 100/110 Meter Hurdles
6:30 pm - 100 Meter Dash
6:50 pm - Sprint Medley (200-200-400-800)
7:20 pm - 1600 Meter Run
7:45 pm - 4x100 Meter Relay
8:05 pm - 400 Meter Dash
8:25 pm - 300 Meter Hurdles
8:45 pm - 800 Meter Run
9:15 pm - 200 Meter Run
9:45 pm - 3200 Meter Run
10:25 pm - 4x400 Meter Relay
$75 For Each Gender and $150 for both. $10 Per Individual and $20 Per Relays. 5 Individuals are considered at team.
