Course will open at 11:00 am

Girls Varsity race (top 7) 1:00pm
Boys Varsity race (top 7) 1:40pm

Mixed sub varsity race (unlimited) 2:15pm

Entries into the Varsity race: please send your top 10 runners names/ grades to jdobrinski@hcps.us by October 25th

I will assign bib numbers to the varsity runners only. Sub varsity runners will not get bib numbers.

Welcome to the 2015 Conference 16 Championship hosted by Patrick Henry (Ashland)

Admission: $5 per person, coaches please make parents aware of this fee

PARKING: All parking must enter the stadium through the back side of the football field. There is a gate off of Liberty School Road. You will park behind the baseball field and can walk to the start area.

Tents can be set up anywhere that is not on the course.

Send me the 10 potential runners for each varsity race (10 boys and 10 girls)
There will be no bib numbers for the sub-varsity race.

BIB Number/ PACKET
Packets can be picked up at the entrance to the stadium. All BIB numbers will be in your packets. Please give the assigned number to the correct athlete. Safety pins are provided

Awards
Medal to top individuals in each varsity race

Trophies to first place team in each varsity race

Advancement to Regionals
Top 15 individuals will advance to the Regional race
Top 3 teams will advance to the Regional race
The Regional race will be held of November 5 @ Panorama Farms, in Charlottesville.

Restrooms
Located in the gray building near the entrance to football field

Course

This is an out and back course. It is grass, gravel, and wooded path. There are arrows every 75-100 feet. Every mile and mile is marked on the ground.

The START is located behind the home football stands. The FINISH LINE approximately 100 meters from the starting lineRunners will pass through the finish line on their way along the course.

First mile is RED

Second mile is WHITE (not shown on mapgoes into woods)

Third mile to the finish is BLUE
