Cross Country Meet
When: Saturday, September 19, 2015
Where: Oatlands Plantation (www.oatlands.org)
Who: Teams from Virginia, Colorado, Maryland, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New York and Washington, DC
Course: A 5Kcourse run on the grounds on Leesburgs historic Oatlands Plantation. The course is mostly grass, with rolling hills, some wooded trails, and two creek crossings. Runners can expect
some short hills with sharp inclines. A spectator friendly course that requires very little walking.

Entries: Please submit roster on milestat.com. Instructions will be sent as the meet approaches. Entries are due no later than Monday, September 14, 2015.
Entry Fee: $235 for Boys or Girls team or $285 for both teams. The entry fee check
made payable to Tuscarora High School. Please mail you check toTuscarora
High School.
Entries fees are due no later than Friday, September 4, 2015.
Awards: There will be medals given to the top 25 individuals in each race.
The top three teams in the varsity A race and the top two teams in the varsity B and junior varsity races will receive trophies.
T-Shirts: They will be available for purchase the day of the meet.
Short T-shirts will cost $10. Long-Sleeve T-shirts will cost $15.

Facilities: You may bring a tent. Port-a-johns will be
available for your bathroom needs. Please pick-up
all trash before leaving for the day. Athletic trainers
will be on site. Please bring your own tape.
Parking: Follow signs and attendants. Admission charge will be $5.00
per car.
Directions: From the South: Rt 29 North or I-66 to Rt 15 North. Rt 15 North approximately 18 miles to Oatlands Plantation on the right.
From the East: Rt. 267 (Toll Road) West to Leesburg. Left Lane at the end of the toll road. Less than .5 mile to second exit, Rt 15 South. Follow Rt 15 South approximately 5 miles to Oatlands Plantation on the left.
From the West: Rt 7 East to Leesburg. Follow Rt 7 Bypass to exit for Rt. 15 South. Follow Rt 15 for approximately 5 miles to Oatlands Plantation on the left.
Hotel Information: Here is a list of hotels within a 15 mile radius of Oatlands Plantation. Please call early to book your hotel reservations. We are in the process of trying to establish group rates and will send that info as soon as we have it.
*Best Western is including an all you can eat hot breakfast meal for each occupant.
*Marriott Courtyard and Spring Hill Suites is including a continental breakfast.
