In order to keep the meet on schedule, the official clocks will be stopped at 40 minutes for JV races and 30 minutes for Varsity races. We will have a secondary timing system for finishers after these cut-off times.
Previously we had a issue with MileStat allowing more than 7 athletes to enter the Varsity races. That problem is now fixed and you may change your entries via MileStat if desired. If you do not make changes on MileStat, please plan on declaring intentions for each athlete not later than the coaches meeting.
Checks for entry fees may be provided on day of the race. Please visit the timing tent or check-in table to drop off your check.
AWARDS: Top 3 teams and top 15 finishers in each race.
CONCESSIONS: Drink, food and snacks will be available all day.
MEET FEES: $40 per team per race. (JV Girls, JV Boys, Varsity Girls & Varsity Boys)
$6.00 per runner for less than complete teams.
$3.00 per runner in excess of 7 for all races. (i.e., if you have 10 Varsity Girl runners, it is $49 for that race)
