2016 Conference 42 Championship Track Meet Information
To: Conference 42 Athletic Directors and Track Coaches
Subject: Conference 42 Championship Track Meet - Varsity Only
When: Wednesday, May 18, 2016 (Rain Date- TBD)
Location: Charles City High School, Charles City, VA
Admission: $5.00 or passes, acceptable passes are VIAAA, VHSL, VHSCA, and Principal Pass
Schedule: 1:00 p.m. - Coaches Scratch meeting (Scratches Only, No Additions)
1:45 p.m. - Field Events Begin (Pole Vault TBD)
3:00 p.m. - Running Event Finals Begin (Rolling Schedule)
Entries: Each school may enter up to three participants in each event. (Exception: If an athlete has qualified at a sanctioned event consisting of 10 or more teams or a regular season meet with four or more teams AND FAT system, then a team may have more than three in that event if all other entries have met qualifying standards. All marks/times will be verified. If you have more than three in one event, please enter them into the system and email ALL qualifiers in that event to drefromva@hotmail.com prior to the deadline. The time or distance entered must be a regular season meet/invitational for the current year. (No time trials, best performance time, or practice times/estimates will be allowed to be used on the official entry form).
Entry Deadline: All entries will be done on Milestat.com. Deadline is May 15, 2016, with all instructions on how to use Milestat.com to register your athlete on the page.

NOTE: Please double check your entries before you submit them into the system. It is your responsibility as the coach to make sure every one of your athletes has the opportunity to compete. If you need additional help on how to use Milestat.com registration, please contact Andre' Jones.
Scoring & Timing: We will be utilizing an F.A.T. timing system that will be operated. It is essential that you submit your entries prior to the deadline date to ensure accuracy and that all entries are entered into the system in a timely manner. Once again, if you have any questions, feel free to call or email. Changes will NOT be accepted after May 15, 2016.
Advancement to 1A East Regionals: The top six athletes per event and the top six relays automatically qualify for the 1A East Regionals event. Also, all athletes/relays who achieve the automatic regional standards also qualify for the meet.
