2016 Jefferson District Outdoor Track & Field Invitational
Place: Louisa County High School
Date: Wednesday, April 27, 2016
Weigh in implements at 3:00pm
Coaches meeting at 3:15pm
Events begin at 4:30
Director: Jerry Cutright: Louisa County High School
Assistant Director: Mr. George Stanley, Athletic Director (LCHS)
Eligibility: Three per event for individual events.
If more than 3 are entered: Each entry must meet the Jefferson District Standard.
One relay team per school is allowed.
Entries: Use: Milesplit.com. Go to the calendar and find the meet and enter by midnight
Sunday, April 24, 2016. You may enter up to six athletes in individual events on milesplit if they have all met the qualifying standard. (3 is the max otherwise).
Scratches should be emailed to Jerry Cutright no later than 3:00pm on Monday, April 25. Use the following e-mail address: cutrigjl@lcps.k12.va.us
Facility: Eight Lane latex Track, runways and aprons.
Only to inch pyramid spikes are allowed
Concession: Available during the meet. Meal provided to workers and coaches.
Admission: $6.00
T-Shirts: On sale at the meet near the concession stand
Uniform Rule: Will be in effect for the meet
Entry Times: Convert all hand times to F.A.T. by adding 0.24. All hand times should be rounded up to the nearest tenth as per the rules before converting to F.A.T. If a seed time on milesplit comes up from last years performance please adjust it with this years best time, converting any hand times.
