Site: Southwestern Va. Training Center, Hillsville, VA. Galax High School-Home XC Course
Directions: From I-77 South take Exit 14, Exit Right go approx. 1/2mile take right on Training Center Road go .1 mile turn right into the S.W.V.A. Training Center Facility.
Participants: Chilhowie, Bland, Rural Retreat, George Wythe,Ft. Chiswell, Galax,

3:45pm Coaches Meeting
4:15pm Boys & Girls Middle School Race (2.0miles)
4:45pm Girls Varsity Race (3.1miles)
5:30pm Boys Varsity Race (3.1miles)
6:00pm Conference 46 Awards
Athletic Directors & Cross Country Coaches,
All boys and girls will run together during middle school race. Entries for the Conference Meet are due by email Oct 21st at 12:00pm. If you have more than 7 runners on either the boys or girls varsity teams, you must designate your top 7 on your entry form. Be sure
to list the names of the extra kids on a separate form. All varsity team runners on each team will be allowed to run in the Conference meet but coaches must designate the top 7 runners on the Conference entry form along with the alternates.
The top 3 boys and top 3 girls teams plus 10 individuals will advance to the regional competition.. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at 276-236-3218 or email at tonyquesenberry@embarqmail.com
