II. SITE Wednesday, October 26, 2016: Humankind
(Old Presbyterian Home), Lynchburg, VA. Course opens at 3:00 pm. Girls run at 5:00pm followed
by boys at 5:40pm..
III. ADMISSION $5 per car
IV. PASSES VHSCA-VHSL-VIAAA-VATA-VSBA-Principal state
membership cards.
V. OFFICIALS We will have a VHSL certified starter. Course will be marked by Van Porter.
VI. QUALIFIERS Entries will be taken only on milestat. You may enter at most 10 athletes, but only a maximum of 7 can run in the meet.
Be sure to enter the grade of each athlete.
VI. AWARDS (boys & girls) Championship Trophy
Top 15 get medals. .
VIII. ENTRIES Entries are due on milestat by 8pm on Sunday, October 23. No changes can be made to entries after this deadline.
IX. QUALIFIERS TO REGION: The top 3 teams qualify for the regional meet on November 2 sponsored by Handley High School. Information can be found on the milestat calendar. Any athlete not on the 4 teams going to region but in the top 15 finishers also qualifies to region as an individual.
Note: EC Glass is hosting a cross country invitational on October 8 on this course. All conference teams are invited.
