ENTRY Only 7 members from each Conference team (grades 9-12) may run in the varsity race.
RULES: All other members are eligible for the sub-varsity race. Submit all competitors, Varsity or JV, on the Milestat.com entry system. Only those team members entered on Milestat.com entry will be eligible for Varsity competition. Please mark those athletes with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher with (*) on milestat.com. Please remember that 9th graders will not be eligible for all-academic honors.
DEADLINES: The entries must be submitted on milestat.com by 11:59, Sunday, October 23, 2016.

RULES: Cross Country section of the 2016 National Federation of State High School Associations edition of Track & Field and Cross Country rules.
COURSE: 5000 Meters (3.1 miles), mostly grass. Flats or short spikes are recommended. The
course is a spectator friendly course.
