This meet is for West Point, King William, Middlesex, Rappahannock, Essex, Washington and Lee.
Please limit field event athletes to 3 and runners to 3 due to the size of meet. One team per relay.
This meet will use FAT timing and will qualify for Regional Meet.
Please note that only 1/4 inch spikes or less may be used on the track and jumping areas.
