Meet Fees $150 per High School team (includes both genders) & $90 Single gender
Please have school book keeper try to send your team payments prior to meet day. Thank You
Event Limits 30 Teams Maximum
Time Schedule
8:00 am Course available for tour & Friday evening until 6:00 pm
(use North end of course for warm-ups & cool-downs)
8:45 Coaches Meeting @ the finish line
9:00 National Anthem
All races will be run 10 minutes after the last runner finishes in the preceding race
9:30 Varsity Male Varsity Race (Top 10)
Varsity Female Varsity Race (Top 10)
Developmental Male-Unlimited
Developmental Female-Unlimited
Entries
Seven in Male and Female Varsity Races
Unlimited in Developmental Race (grades 9-12 per VHSL ruling for 1A- 6A schools)
Coaches do not have to declare athletes event until meet day.
Additional Notes: Schools will be divided into either the BLUE or GREY divisions: Independents, 1A & 2A will be GREY, 3A-6A BLUE

Trophies to the top 3 teams Varsity (Blue and Grey Divisions) Male and Female
Trophies to the top overall Varsity Male and Female finishers
Medals to the top 15 (Blue and Grey Divisions) Male and Female
Medals to the top 15 Male and Female Developmental (Blue & Grey)
T-shirts for sale made onsite.
Onsite concession stand.
$1.00 per car parking charge.
**No changing facility only port-a-johns
