29th Annual Run For Sight, Mile is at 8:30am, Boys 5k is at 9am, Girls 5k is at 9:45am
Race is at Norfolk Academy (1585 Wesleyan Dr. Norfolk, VA) on their flat fast 5k course.
Primary sponsor is the Wards Corner Lions Club
Proceeds go into their endowment which donates to local charities in Hampton Roads. One of the focal points of this race over the years has been raising money and awareness for athletics for people with disabilities.
$13 for members of a 5-7 person team
$15 for preregistered runners age 20 or younger
$20 for preregistered runners over age 20
$25 raceday entries.
Awards are Gift Certificates to Running Etc.
