CHANTILLY WINTER EXTRAVAGANZA (Rescheduled)
When:Tuesday, December 19th
Where: Chantillly HS
Schools Participating:Chantilly, Edison, Madison, South County, West Springfield, Robinson,
South Lakes
Cost: $50, made out to CHS Track (to cover cost of ATC only).
Note:The purpose of this meet is to give teams a chance to run their better athletes in an FAT
timed meet, free of the constraints of meet limitations of TJMS/Episcopal. We
will not have meet limitations, although please use your best judgement. We do
not want to run 20 heats of the 55 or 300, for example.
Field Events
10:00 am Boys & Girls LJ (1.5 hour open pit), followed by Boys & Girls TJ (11:45 am) (1 hour open pit)
Boys Shot Put (3 throws, no finals), followed by girls.
11:30 am (in the gym)- Girls High Jump (4' 2" opening height), followed by Boys (5' 0" opening height)
Girls & Boys Pole Vault (Girls opening at 6' 0", boys may enter at 8' 0")

Entries will be done through Milestat, and will be due by 3:00 pm on MONDAY, Dec. 18th.Please do your best to use appropriate seed times as best possible.I will take scratches, changes between 9:30-10
am on Tuesday morning (hopefully in 24 hours, there aren't too many).
Note:In order to keep costs down, we are requesting that each team provides an official AND
student helpers for a field event. This would include:
Boys LJ/TJ
Girls LJ/TJ
Boys & Girls HJ
Boys & Girls Shot Put
Boys & Girls PV
Chantilly will take care of the timing, starting & clerking.
Results will be published on Milestat.
