LOCATION: Virginia Episcopal School, 400 VES Rd. Lynchburg, VA

UNIFORMS AND SHOES: School uniforms required for all participants. Spikes must be inch or less
STARTING TIME: Field Events: 10:00
Running Events: 10:30
CANCELLATION POLICY: There will be no rain cancellation, though we do reserve the right to cancel/stop events if the conditions would prove too hazardous.
CHECK IN: There will be a brief coaches meeting at 9:30. We would appreciate if each team can provide at least one coach to assist with officiating.
PARKING: location on campus to be determined
ENTRIES: three entries per individual event and one relay entry per race. Please submit entries by Wednesday before the meet.
