Entries: Please enter your rosters on MileStat.com by Friday, October 5, 2018 at 8:59 p.m. You do not need to declare the division your student athletes will be participating in until race day.

Bathrooms will be available at the school.
Teams may set up a tent in the designated area beside the school near the starting line.
Follow signs and /or attendants for parking.
Buses may not arrive prior to 3:30 PM.
T-Shirts: N/A
Trainer: A certified athletic trainer will be available during the invitational and will provide water
as well as care for race related injuries as needed. Please bring your own tape.
MISCELLANEOUS: All uniform rules will be enforced. Please make sure the waist bands of the shorts are not rolled.
No hats, bandanas, or other head gear may be worn.

3:30 PM Course Opens and Packet Pick-Up
Coaches: Please read the following information as you plan your entries.
In the Blue (Varsity Division), please enter student athletes that can complete the course in less than 30 minutes. If they are not able to do so, please enter them in the Gray Division. We plan to stick to the time schedule especially since it gets dark earlier in October. Any adjustments will be provided to coaches once entries close.
TIME SCHEDULE
4:45 PM Gray Division - Boys and Girls will run together
Grades 9-12
Unlimited entries
Results will be separated by gender
5:30 PM Blue Division Girls Varsity Division (10 entry limit)
6:00 PM Blue Division Varsity Boys Division (10 entry limit)
Results and awards will be presented as soon as possible after the last race has concluded.
