Entries: All entries are to be submitted via Milestat. Entries open on 10/08/18. Enter only those athletes that will be racing.  Each school will be able to enter up to 30 total runners.  Each school can run 7 in the each Varsity race and 7 in each JV race (coaches do not have to declare if Varsity or JV on Milestat).   Registration will close  by 7:59AM on 10/16/17. Scratches and changes can be made on race day with Race Timing Unlimited.  .  

Timing: The race will be timed by Race Timing Unlimited using dual Chronotrack chip. Chips with corresponding athlete bib numbers will be distributed during the pre-race coaches meeting. Coaches shall return the Chronotrack Chips to Race Timing Unlimited at the completion of the race. Coaches will be billed $20 for each chip that is not returned.

Parking:  Bus should drop off athletes in the front of the football stadium and park in those lots as well.  

Team Tents: Teams may set up their tents in the area designated for tents on the field near the start/finish line area on the back practice football field.  

Course: The meet will be held on a course that offers running on the school campus around athletic fields  on rolling hills on grass surfaces. The course is marked with white arrows painted on the ground.  This is a spectator friendly course with easy access to the 1 mile and 2 mile location for coaches and fans can see athletes at least 6 times during the race.

Awards: The top 10 runners in each race will be recognized and the top team in each Varsity and JV race is award a team trophy.

Athletic Trainer: The Spotsylvania athletic trainer will be on site to provide support to include ice bags, tapping and treatment for injuries. If multiple athletes will require tapping before the race, we ask that you please provide your own tape.

Facilities: Restrooms will be available at the football stadium. Water will be available at the finish line after each race.
