TIMES: Boys Race 1:00 pm
Girls Race 1:30 pm
COACHES MEETING: 12:30 pm. at Finish Line
COURSE DESCRIPTION: A 5K course run on the grounds of Rock Ridge High School. Runners will run on grass, dirt trail through woods, and crushed stone. Spikes are preferred for athletes.
COURSE OPENS: 11 a.m.
AWARDS: Awards will be presented following the girls race near the finish line.

ENTRIES: Please enter your runners that advance to Region Meet on Milestat Region 5C Meet by Monday October 29, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.
ADMISSION: Admission will be charged according to Region 5C policy. The cost of
admission will be $7.00 general admission. Region 5C, VHSL, VHSCA, VASSP, NASSP, VIAAA, and VHSL Principals Passes will be honored for the bearer only.
ADVANCEMENT: Potomac District will get 5 team representatives & 15 individuals (inclusive) and National District will get 3 team representatives & 15 individuals (inclusive) to REGION. Top 3 teams and top 5 individuals exclusive advance to STATE MEET.
PARKING: Please park near tennis courts behind the school.
DRESS: No dressing room, dress at home. Portable restrooms are onsite for use.
