Sanction: VHSL and NFHS national sanction Approved for MD and VA (click on link above) through Lakeland High School.
Entry Deadline: Wednesday, April 10th at midnight
Entry Fees: $20 per athlete/$175 team maximum per gender; $40.00 per relay. (. Each school may enter 6 athletes per event and 2 relays ("B" relays will not score team points).

Awards: Top 3 individuals in each event will receive "custom" medals and the top 2 teams will receive a trophy per gender.
Results: Live results on Milestats website.
Admission Fee: $10.00 for Adults/$5.00 for a child ages 7-12.
Children 6 years old and younger are Free.
Official Meet programs will be on sale for $2.00 each.
