VHSL Region 3D Indoor Championships

Venue: Roanoke College Indoor Track

Admission- $7.00

T-Shirts will be available for $20.00 at the meet. 

Passes- VHSCA-VHSL-VIAAA-VATA-VSBA- Principal State membership cards

Officials:Key officials will be appointed by meet management (timer, starter,referee) Teams will be assigned field events to run off and to serve as turn judges. A jury of appeals will be announced.

Entries- Each school is allowed three (3) entries per event. To enter more than 3 in an event ALL entries must meet the regional standards. Each school may enter only one relay team per event. Remember that you can use the best time of the season in a 3 or more team meet (as long as it is on Milestat). All entries should be able to be verified on Milestat. Each school must also complete the VHSL entry form provided and send by email directly to Tommy Trotter at ttrotter@mcps.org.  Both the electronic entries on Milestat and the VHSL entry form must be received by 8:00 pm on Monday, February 11th.  

Qualifiers for State Meet- top 3 in each event and top 3 relay teams plus any athlete that has met the state standards in a qualifying meet.

9:15-Coaches Meeting

Field events:  9:45

    Girls and boys long jump followed by triple jump

    Girls high jump followed by boys high jump

    Boys shot put followed by girls shot put

    Girls pole vault followed by boys pole vault



Running competition begins at 10:00. We will follow a rolling schedule.

    55 hurdle finals (girls followed by boys)

    55 dash finals (girls followed by boys)

    4x800 relay (girls followed by boys)

    4 x 200 relays (girls followed by boys)

    1600 (girls followed by boys)

    500 (girls followed by boys)

    1000(girls followed by boys)

    300 (girls followed by boys)

    3200 (girls followed by boys)

    4 x400 relay (girls followed by boys)
