 17th Annual Real Deal Track Classic Final Instructions
Coaches - Please read and share this information with your team and parents
Saturday April 27, 2019 
7:15 - Packet Pickup – Front Gate of Todd Stadium
8:00 – Girls Discus, Girls Long Jump, & Girls Pole Vault   check in /closes at 8:20
            Boys Shot Put, Boys High Jump, & Boys Long Jump  check in/closes at 8:20    
8:10 - Coaches meeting  (please ensure you have a representative present)
8:15 – Girls 3200m run check in
8:30 – Field and Running events start:
             NOTES:  a. Boys High Jump starting height is 5’6”, and the girls is 4’4”
                                    Boys & Girls Pole Vault starting height TBD  
                               b. Only three attempts In the Long / Triple jump, Shot Put and Discus 
                                     Every athlete will have at least one attempt measured, however, the other
                                     two attempts must be at least the following in each event to be measured:
Boys Shot Put - 40’		Boys Long Jump - 18’8”	Girls Long Jump - 15’3”	Girls Shot Put - 	29’	
Boys Triple Jump - 38’8” 	Boys Discus – 100’	Girls Discus – 75’	Girls Triple Jump - 30’
girls shot put, girls high jump, girls triple jump, boys triple jump, boys discus, and boys pole vault will start 30 minutes after the other gender has completed the event.
                                 Running Events (Rolling schedule – times are estimates)
8:30 – 3200m run          Girls followed by boys in all events w/ freshmen first
9:10 – 4 x 800m relay             
9:40 – 100m hurdles / 110m hurdles
10:10 – 100m dash
11:10 – 1600m run
12:15 – 4 x 100m relay
12:45 – 400m dash
1:55 – 300m hurdles
2:25 – 800m run
3:25 – 200m dash
4:55 – 4 x 400m relay
Team Awards presentation at conclusion

Packets will be available for pickup at 7:15am on Saturday at Todd Stadium main gate.
If you owe any fees, you will pay at Packet pickup. 
If any of your coaches do not have a pass (VHSL, etc), please email me their name(s).
Check in procedures, Live results, etc. will be discussed at the coaches meeting.
In field events, “seeded” flights will go first  (best to worse)
In running events, “seeded” sections will go last (worse to best)
Varsity Awards (top eight in each event) can be picked up anytime during or after the meet at the front gate. In individual events only, each winner will receive a trophy
Freshman Awards (top three) in each event 
There will be a brief Team award ceremony at the conclusion for the top three Varsity teams (boys and girls).  Team scoring is 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 per event.
