FLUVANNA COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL
1st Annual Pole Vault Summit
Friday, April 4th, 2008
Dear Coach/Athletic Director
We would like to invite you to the 1st annual Fluvanna County High School Pole Vault Summit. The meet will be held on Friday, April 4th, 2008 at Fluvanna County High School. The meet is open to all high school vaulters and there is no entry limit. Please fill out and submit the enclosed form or e-mail Tom Casto at tcasto@mail.fluco.org as soon as possible to let us know if you will be able to attend.

GUIDELINES FOR FLYING FLUCOS POLE VAULT SUMMIT
Entries: Unlimited entries per school. All athletes are required to submit a Parental Consent Form/Waiver in order to compete. It is preferred that entries are made using Hy-tek Lite.
Please e-mail Tom Casto at tcasto@mail.fluco.org to receive the meet events file.
Paper entries should be sent to Tom Casto c/o Fluvanna County High School so that they arrive prior to the deadline.
Entry Fees: $5 per athlete.
Make checks payable to FCHS Track.
Walk-in entries the day of the meet will be charged a $10 entry fee.
Entry Deadline: Wednesday, April 2nd, 2008 @ 3:00 pm
Entries will not be processed until entry fee has been received.
Eligibility: The meet is sanctioned by VHSL.
Awards: A trophy will be awarded to the top boy and girl.
Facilities: There are restrooms facilities available at the track, the high school will be off limits.
Concessions: Concessions will be available.
T-shirts: There will be t-shirts on sale.
Format: The bar will start at 5
