Quad Meet at ECG. Starts at 4:30 PM. Send last minute scratches/adds to camdenrc@lcsedu.net. Meet will be seeded Monday evening at 10pm. Adds after this point will be in slowest section. Coaches meeting in the press bohttps://va.milesplit.com/articlesx at 4:15 PM. Teams need to help with the meet. Heritage: LJ and TJ LCA: exchange zones for 4x1 Rustburg: finish line. Help with hurdles will be appreciated.
