The 2019 VHSL Mountain 7 District Championships will be held at Ridgeview High School in Clintwood, VA
DATE: Tuesday, May 14, 2019
RESULTS: Seedings for Tuesdays meet are posted at www.networktiming.net, click on Live Results, then click on the Mountain 7 button. If there is enough signal strength or an available WiFi connection at the stadium then Live Results will be posted at the conclusion of the events, at this same location. Results will replace the seedings.

Entries are due by Friday, May 10, 2019, at 9:00 P.M.
After this time, entries will be downloaded and a performance list created and posted here on this website. Any scratches or corrections/changes that need to be made should be completed on Milesplit by Monday, May 13, at 9:00 P.M.
At this time, the entries will be downloaded and seeded to prepare for the meet on Tuesday. After this point no substitutions will be allowed in the individual events, relay substitutions will still be allowed as long as the athlete is listed as an alternate on that relay. Only scratches will be allowed on the day of the meet. Please keep this in mind as you prepare your entries.
ELIGIBILITY: Each school is allowed 3 entries per individual event and 1 relay team per relay event. Teams can enter more than 3 individuals in an event as long as all entries for that event have met the Mountain 7 District qualifying standard. Example: If I want to enter 4 athletes in the 100 meter dash and the qualifying mark is 11.37, then all 4 of my entries must be 11.37 or better (FAT times). If I only have two athletes that have run 11.37 or better then I can only enter 3 athletes in that event.

ADVANCE TO REGION: Top 6 individual and Top 3 relays advance from the district meet to the regional meet.
RESULTS: Results will be posted on the concession stand wall.
Weigh-ins will be setup in the throwing events area
Once the running events begin, NO athletes will be allowed on the infield, all warm-ups will take place on the practice football field.
FACILITY: The Ridgeview track is an 8-Lane, 400 meter rubberized all-weather surface. The shot and discus circles are concrete. 1/4" spikes and flats may be used on the track and runways.
SCORING: Individual: (10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1) Relay: (10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1)
CONCESSIONS: Ridgeview High School will operate a concession stand.
