Welcome to the 4th Annual Highland Springs Relay

This will be a fun relay meet to kickoff the 2020 outdoor season.

****The meet will be at HERMITAGE HIGH SCHOOL this year****

Hermitage has a BRAND NEW track, jumping pits AND throwing circles

WHEN: Saturday, March 28, 2020 9:30 a.m.

WHERE: Hermitage High School, 8301 Hungary Springs Rd, Henrico VA 23228

Admission is $5. Children under 5 get in free.

ENTRY FEE: $150 per school (If boys and girls teams are separate, each team is $80).

If you have an individual who will just participate in an individual event such as race walk, pole vault, jumps, or any throwing. It would be $10 for that one athlete.

ENTRIES: Two relay team per school in each event. There is a limit of 4 athletes allowed per team in pole vault, long jump, shot put and the 1600m race walk. 

Sanctioning: This meet will be sanctioned for Virginia & boarder states

Concession: Concession stand will be open throughout the meet.

9:30am- Girls pole vault followed by boys

Jumpers & Throwers  (4 jumps/throws each)

Even though we will be on a rolling schedule we will make sure each event has enough rest time!!!

11:00am (rolling schedule) Girls followed by Boys

3200 Distance Medley Relay (1200-400-800-1600)

800m Sprint Medley (100-100-200-400)start at 400m mark

1600m Race Walk

Sprint Medley Relay (200-200-400-800) start at 400m mark
