Team Assignments are as follows: LCA/GW will run off the Girls/Boys Long Jump& triple-jump. Rustburg will run off the Girls/Boys High Jump. Brookville will time dashes only, all other races will be hand timed plus .24. Staunton River will help at the Finish Line. Heritage will run off the Girls/Boys Shot Put, handle Exchange Zones.
Pole vault is canceled. Long Jump, High Jump, and Shot Put will also start at 6 PM (Or earlier if possible). Girls/Boys Triple Jump will follow Long Jump. Running events will start at 6:15.
Any 8th graders (running as JV) should be emailed with First Name, Last Name, Gender, and Event(s) to Shawn Webb at webbse@lcsedu.net. NO Athletes who are under 8th grade are allowed per VHSL Rules. All 8th graders will be seeded last. Eighth Graders entered on MileStat will be DELETED.
