Meet Information
E. C. Glass vs. Liberty (Bedford), JF, Appomattox and William Campbell (5 teams). All entries must be entered in milestat before 8pm on 12-02-19. Please do not wait until the last minute to enter. Performance list will be sent to teams on 12-03-19. Appomattox will run off LJ and TJ with ECG assisting. Liberty and JF will help time at finish line. We will FAT 55 hurdles and 55 dash only. Others will be hand time + .24. Pole vault will start at 6pm(if possible). Long jump, high jump, and shot put will start at 7pm. Triple jump to follow long jump. Limit of 10 entries per event except 15 in 55 dash and 55 hurdles. Running events will start when PV is completed (estimate around 7pm) or if possible we will run the 4x800 relays, 55 hurdles and 55 dash and wait until PV is finished for 4x200 relay. Each school will be allowed only ONE RELAY TEAM. Individual milestat entries should include gender, name, grade, event and performance. Entry performance should be from last year or honest estimate for new athletes. Entries with no performance will be seeded last. Any 8th graders (running JV) should be emailed with first name, last name, gender, and event(s) to Rod Camden at camdenrc@lcsedu.net. NO athletes under 8th grade by VHSL rules. All 8th graders will be seeded last. Eighth graders entered on milestat will be deleted.
