Bring all of your throwers to the #1 Throw meet in the state! Too many meets have the throwers off on a back field, largely ignored and forgotten. Not here! the Polar Throwdown will focus exclusively on our Shot Putters giving them the attention and adulation that they deserve!

10am start
Meet Schedule:
9am Check-in begins
9:45am Girls Warm-ups
10:00 Girls Shot Put - 3 throws per thrower, top 7 to finals for 3 more throws (top overall throw counts)
11:00 Boys Shot-Put - 3 throws per throwers, top 7 to finals for 3 more throws (top overall throw counts)
12:00 (or when finished) - Awards
Awards:
Trophies for 1st place Boy and 1st Place Girl
Medals for 2nd and 3rd place Boy and 2nd and 3rd Place Girl
Medals for 1st Place Freshman Boy and 1st Place Freshman Girl
Trophies for top Boys and Girls team (total distance for top 3 throwers is the team score)
Heated Tents for athletes and spectators will be provided!
Entry Fee: $10 per thrower or $100 for unlimited throwers per school (Boys and girls combined $100 max per school). Schools can bring as many throwers as they would like!
