WHO: ANY MIDDLE SCHOOL RUNNERS IN THE 6TH, 7TH AND 8TH GRADE

TIME SCHEDULE

3:00 -- Packet picket-up begins

Races will take off in staggered starts in 5 minute windows to ensure little to no congestion at the start line.  You can start your race at any time during the 5 minute window.  This is possible through chip timing.

4:00 - Girls 6th Grade 4K

4:05 - Girls 7th Grade 4K

4:10 - Girls 8th Grade 4K

5:00 - Boys 6th Grade 4K

5:05 - Boys 7th Grade 4K

5:10 - Boys 8th Grade 4K

Awards:  Will be put into packets and distributed as soon as results are complete and merged.

Top 7 from Championship Teams will receive Championships shirts

1st 10 in grades 6-7-8 receive medals (60 Total medals)

Entries:  Both Girls and Boys Middle School races have unlimited entries. "ONLINE" registration will be done thru www.milestat.com

Scoring:  Computerized by Coach Woods

Results:  Will be posted and then sent to Milestat.com

Purpose:  To allow middle school teams an opportunity to race on a fun, challenging course in a low pressure, safe environment.  Bottled water and grad and go bags containing fruit and baked goods for all runners and Coaches  at no cost.

We will NOT have concessions for spectators 

Cost:$75.00 MS Girls -- $75.00 JHS Boys ($125.00 for both) or $15.00 an individual thru 4 runners.

PARKING: $5.00 PER VEHICLE - COACHES TELL YOUR PARENTS -

A PASS LIST WILL BE CREATED FOR 2 COACHES FROM EACH TEAM DRIVING TO THE MEET - COACH PLEASE INFORM US NLT MARCH 15th - I DON'T WANT YOU TO HAVE TO PAY!
